Owner and Founder of 3L Promotions, LLC (3LP), 31-year old, Brooklyn-native, and on air personality, Pleshette D. Hunt owns and runs 3L Promotions which develops, manages and showcases artists whose music is primarily faith-based in the areas of hip-hop, rap, spoken word, reggae and urban gospel. Hunt, being described by her peers as “God-Fearing and Dedicated” and by her clients as “passionate, aggressive, loyal, and fun” combines over 10+ years of experience and exposure in the music, promotions, event planning, and community outreach with her strong work ethic and a motto of “commitment, commitment, commitment” to bring artists from diverse backgrounds: from G-Unit alumni WHUTEVA to the Spoken Word veteran/Korean rapper HeeSun, Reggae turned rap artist Richie Righteous to Inspirational Praise and Worship’s TJ Da Prayin Man, with future talent soon to be announced. Hunt emphasizes getting the word out to all and has a focused on getting it out to young people and manifested this through Hip Hop In YA Hood at Brownsville Recreation Center in April 2008 where nationally acclaimed & local urban artists joined to inspire youth through music. 

Prior to this outreach, Hunt and 3L Promotions hired to do a full-fledged promotion of the successful nationwide assembling for “A Prayer for Hip-Hop” at New York’s A-list club CopaCabana in 2007 which brought all facets of media and syndication to cover this event broadly viewed on the internet and frequently found in searches on MySpace and YouTube. Hunt as showcased several artists over the years and continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the field of t marketing and promotions in entertainment.
